Don't let the name fool you. This is a great dish. My family started calling it "pig slop" because it has a little bit of everything.

Ingredients For pig slop

4frozen chicken breasts, thawed

1 mdonion, chopped

2 Tbspoil

1 canchicken broth

1 cancream of celery soup

2 cfrozen mixed vegetables

2 cegg noodles

1 tsplemon pepper

salt to taste

How To Make pig slop

1Cut up chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cook chicken and onion in a dutch oven with oil. Cook until chicken is cooked through and onion tender.

2Add chicken broth, cream of celery soup, mixed vegetables, and noodles. Mix through. Add salt, pepper and lemon pepper to taste. Bring mixture to a boil.

3Reduce to simmer. Cover and cook for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender checking and stirring mixture every 10-15 minutes.
