Ingredients For nacho casserole

  • 1 lg
    bag nacho flavored doritos
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes
  • 2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How To Make nacho casserole

  • 1
    Saute ground beef and onion until done and drain off fat. Add soup, tomatoes and taco seasoning. Grease bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish. Sprinkle layer chips on bottom, add half of meat mixture and sprinkle with half of cheese. add another layer of chips, remaining meat mixture and remaining cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
