I love easy recipes like this one, and it is also good! However, as I personally do not like olives, I omit them.

Ingredients For mexican lasagna, barb

  • 1 lg
    package tortilla chips
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1 can
    black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated cheddar
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 sm
    can chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped onion

How To Make mexican lasagna, barb

  • 1
    Fry onion and meat until brown. In bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese and peppers. In another bowl, mix olives, meat, onion, and tomato sauce. Crush chips.

    Arrange in layers, chips in bottom, layer of meat, sour cream mix, chips, layer of cheese. Keep layering, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
