Ingredients For mexican dorito casserole

1rotisserie chicken, deboned and shredded
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 canrotel tomatoes and green chilies
-
1soup can chicken broth
-
1 mdonion, minced
-
1 mdbag doritos, nacho flavored

1 smpkg. velveeta cheese (8 oz)
How To Make mexican dorito casserole

1Prepare chicken. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Combine broth and soups together and mix well. In a 13 x 9 prepared casserole dish, put a layer of slightly crushed doritos. Place a layer of chicken on top followed by a layer of 1/2 onions and 1/2 cubed velveeta.

3Repeat layer again using remainder of ingredients. Pour soup mixture over final layer of casserole and then pour the rotel over that layer. Push liquid into corners, making sure liquid is evenly distributed.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, stirring lightly with a fork halfway through cooking process.
