1 canfire roasted tomatoes drained

1/2 canblack beans rinsed

2 cupsshredded chicken (or browned meat)

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

2 cupsshredded cheese

1/4 cupwater

1/3 cupsalsa
How To Make mexican casserole

1Start by browning meat if you choose to use any. Next mix low sodium taco seasoning packet with 1/4 cup water. Drain all canned foods

2Cook pasta per package instructions, drain. In large bowl combine all ingredients except shredded cheese.

3Pour ingredients into a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
