Ingredients For meatballs in the shell

3-4 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1 mdcarton ricotta cheese, or cottage cheese if prefered

1 pkgfrozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained

1 pkgjumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained

1 lggood quality marinara sauce from a jar
-
1frozen italian style meatball per shell, costco ones work great.

a sprinkle of salt, pepper and some penseys old world seasoning make it great!
How To Make meatballs in the shell

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour the marinara sauce over the bottom of a glass casserole dish.

2Combine cheeses, seasonings and cooked spinach. Stuff into the shells, push one meatball into each shell. Arrange in the baking dish.

3Cover and bake for about 30 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 12 - 14 servings
