    onion finely diced
  • 2 c
    bread crumbs plain, dry
  • 1 c
    hash brown potatoes, raw
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 26 oz
    cream of mushroom soup condenced
  • 10 1/2 oz
    milk

How To Make meatball casserole

  • 1
    Combine beef, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, potatoes, and pepper. Form into meatballs. Brown and place in a casserole dish. Blend together mushroom soup with milk, then pour over meatballs. Bake covered for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
