Not really sure where I got this recipe, I changed some quantities a little and this turned out excellent. This is easy to put together, and delicious, family loved this dish.

Ingredients For macaroni ham casserole

250 gdry macaroni, (8 oz)

1 Tbspbutter for sautéing, and additional for greasing the casserole

1/2 conion, diced

1/4 cred bell pepper, diced

2 cham, diced

1 cancondensed creamy chicken mushroom soup

1/2 cmilk
-
1 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make macaroni ham casserole

1Heat a pot of salted water to a boil, then added the macaroni and cook until just tender.

2Once the macaroni is started, go ahead and preheat your oven to 180° C (350° F), grease a 3 quart casserole with butter.

3Melt the 1 tablespoon of butter in a non stick pan, when hot, add the onion and bell pepper. Sauté until just softened. Add the diced ham and cook until ham is warmed through. I did not have a bell pepper so I just omitted that.

4When the macaroni is just tender, drain and return to the pot, add the ham mixture, soup, milk, and parsley.

5Mix together. Pour mixture into the prepared casserole.

6Bake for 30 minutes.

7Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.

8Continue to bake until cheese is melted and just starting to brown, about 15 minutes.

9Serve and enjoy.
