1/2 tsporegano

4 ozcream cheese, softened

3/4 cshredded cheddar, divided cheese

1/4 csliced black olives

2 Tbspsliced pickled jalapeno peppers

1/2 csliced or shredded pepper jack cheese

- GARNISHES

1/2 csour cream

1 cshredded lettuce

How To Make low carb oven chicken fajitas

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat an 8x8-inch baking pan with half of the olive oil.

2Add the other half of the olive oil to a skillet and cook the peppers and onions on medium high, stirring, until limp. Add the chicken, salt, and spices. Stir.

3Add the cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Top with the olives and jalapenos. Cover with the remaining cheese.

4Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes, until golden. Serve on a plate with garnishes or place a spoonful in a low-carb flour tortilla or wrap.
