1 lbground beef or chicken

1 pkgtaco seasoning or homemade

4 ozquest chips (4-1 oz bags)

2 ccheese, shredded (your choice)

1/2 csalsa (ck carbs / sugars)

1 csour cream or plain yogurt

3 Tbspbutter

How To Make low carb / keto dorito taco pie

1Crescent Dough
• 1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese
• 2 oz cream cheese
• 3/4 C almond flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1 T powdered keto sweetner, ex Swerve
• Pinch of salt -
2Dough INSTRUCTIONS -
2. Melt both cheeses together slowly in microwave til they are incorporated, (30 seconds intervals) then add all other ingredients and mix until dough forms. -
33. Roll out between parchment paper. May need to let dough sit in fridge for 20 mins if too sticky (I do this every time).

44. Line baking dish with parchment paper or cooking spray. Insert crescent dough.

51. Set oven to 400° Cook ground beef and season
2. Crush 2 bags Quest chips and layer on top of dough
3. Add taco meat
4. Mix salsa and sour cream and layer over meat.
Add shredded cheese to top
5. Crush 2 bags Quest chips and add on top
6. Pour melted butter over chips. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown -
6*Check at 10 mins, and if crust is browning too quickly, cover with foil and bake for the remaining 10 mins.
