A Rebooted Dish of another recipe. A Twist on loaded baked Potato! The sour cream .and cheese and butter together is yummy epic! Add a side green salad on the side.

Ingredients For loaded potato sausage and casole'

  • 6 md
    potatoes-peeled and cubed/smashed
  • 1 md
    yellow onion-diced
  • 1 lb
    sausage-cooked and crumbled
  • 1-1/2 c
    cheddar cheese-sprinkled
  • 1 bunch
    green onion-chopped
  • 2 pinch
    red pepper flakes-sprinkled
  • 2/3 c
    sour cream

How To Make loaded potato sausage and casole'

    Cook sausage until no longer pink. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes.

    In a medium size pot add peelced potatoes . Cover with COLD water. Cook until softend. meanwhile, in a bigger bowl, add 1 stick butter, and 1/2c. cheese and sour cream and green onion. Smash together until combined.

    Dump potato mixture into a 13x9 Dish and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese Preheat oven to 350. Bake in for oven until cheese is melted...about 10 min.
