This is a good chicken casserole recipe, loaded with angel hair pasta, bacon, mushrooms, banana peppers and cheeses.

1 ccubed processed American cheese

9butter round crackers, crushed

1 pkgangel hair pasta

2 Tbspavocado oil

6 csliced rotisserie chicken

3fresh white mushrooms

1medium carrot, chopped

1 Tbspchicken seasoning

2 tspground cumin
-
1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper

3banana peppers, sliced
-
1 ccrumbled cooked bacon
-
3/4 cItalian salad dressing
-
1packet dry onion soup mix
-
margarine
-
1 cheavy cream
-
3/4 chalf and half
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
3garlic cloves, minced
-
1 cshredded Mexican cheese blend
-
3/4 cgrated Parmesan cheese
How To Make loaded baked chicken casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add cubed processed American cheese and crushed butter crackers; mix well with a spoon.

3Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions; drain.

4Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced rotisserie chicken, sliced white mushrooms and chopped carrots, cook and saute for 6 minutes or until are tender. Stir in chicken seasoning, cumin and sea salt/black pepper. Remove from heat.

5In a medium bowl, combine sliced banana peppers, crumbled bacon, Italian salad dressing and onion soup mix; stir well for 2 minutes until blended.

6Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat. Combine heavy cream, half and half, cream cheese and minced garlic; mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

7Add sauteed chicken mixture, cooked angel hair pasta and banana pepper mixture; stir together until combined.

8Transfer to a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded mexican cheese blend and grated Parmesan cheese.

9Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
