I created a fifteenth recipe with tiger sauce. Tiger wings are in a casserole with a twist of lime. It's filled with leftover or takeout chicken wings, blue cheese, tiger sauce and even tater tots with a splash of lime juice.

1 bagfrozen tater tots

1 ccrumbled blue cheese

1 1/2 ctiger sauce, divided

1 Tbspavocado oil
-
20leftover or takeout fried chicken wings, bones removed

3 tspgarlic pepper
-
4 Tbsplime juice, divided

1 cheavy cream
-
3/4 chalf and half
-
8 ozcream cheese
-
3/4 ccreamy wing sauce
-
2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
-
3/4 cgrated Parmesan cheese
-
1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make lime tiger wing casserole

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the tater tots and crumbled blue cheese; mix well. Drizzle with 1/2 cup tiger sauce.

2Heat the avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the boneless chicken wings, season with garlic pepper, and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.

3Stir in 2 tablespoons lime juice and 1/2 cup tiger sauce. Continue to saute for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat. Cool completely.

4In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, half and half, cream cheese, wing sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, remaining lime juice, Parmesan cheese and remaining tiger sauce; whisk together until blended.

5Pour into the chicken wings mixture in the saucepan. Reduce to low heat. Stir and simmer for 6 minutes. Remove from heat.

6Pour into a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

7Bake for 30 minutes or until the casserole is set and cheese is melted.
