1store bought pie crust

2chicken breast

3 cchicken broth

1/2 bagpre cooked cubed potatoes

1 bagfrozen veggies (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)

1/2 stickbutter

2 Tbspflour

1/2onion, diced

1/2 stalkcelery, diced

salt and pepper to taste

1egg, slightly beaten

How To Make family style chicken pot pie

1Boil the chicken breasts in the chicken stock, about 30 mins..add the diced potatoes for another 5.remove and dice the chicken.

2In a skillet add butter, onions & celery saute about 5 mins..add in the flour cook 5 mins. add the milk, then the shredded chicken, potatoes, frozen veggies & broth.

3combine well, pour into a pie dish, top with the pie crust & brush with egg wash, make a few slits and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins or until golden brown.
