Ingredients For italian delight party for 30-50 (6)

  • 6 lbs. ground beef (1 lb ground beef)
  • 6 onions (2 onions)
  • 1 green pepper (1/2 green pepper)
  • 3 bunches carrots, sliced and cooked (1 bunch)
  • 3 cans of creamed corn (1 can)
  • 5 green peppers, chopped (1/2 green pepper)
  • 6 cans tomato soup (1 can)
  • 3 pkgs. elbow macaroni, cooked (1/2 pound)
  • mushrooms, if desired

    NOTE: Do not rinse macaroni. Chop and fry the ground beef, onions and first pepper. Layer in casserole or large roaster as follows: macaroni, carrots, creamed corn, chopped green peppers, ground beef. Top last layer of ground beef with tomato soup and 1 cup (for 6) or 2 1/2 cups (for crowd) of water over all. Bake in moderate (350 degree) oven until peppers are done and top is slightly brown.
