I've made this many times for luncheons, get-togethers or for family dinners, and everyone always loves it. :)

Ingredients For hot chicken salad

2 ccooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces

1 ccelery, sliced

3/4 calmonds, slivered

1/2 cblack olives, chopped

1/2 tspsalt

2 Tbsponion, grated

1 cmayonaise
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 Tbsppimento, chopped

1 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 (5oz.) canchow mein noodles, for topping
How To Make hot chicken salad

1Preheat oven to 350'F.

2Combine chicken, celery, almonds, olives, salt, onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheddar cheese and pimento in a large bowl, and pour into a lightly greased 9X11" casserole dish.

3Bake at 350'F. until bubbly; about 25 minutes. Remove from oven.

4Spread 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles over top and bake for another 5 minutes.
