1 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 chalf and half

2 cred potatoes, dieced (peeled if ;you prefer), cooked

2 cdiced, cooked ham

1/2 ccooked english peas

2 ozpimentos, drained
How To Make ham and potato casserrole

1Combine the cheese and half-and-half in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.

2Remove from the heat and stir in potatoes and remaining ingredients.

3Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
