ham and broccoli-rice casserole
I first tried this casserole at a church dinner years and years ago. It's really good and can also be made with diced ham instead of chicken or omit the meat all together and serve as a side dish. So yummy!

Ingredients For ham and broccoli-rice casserole

1 cwhite rice, uncooked

1 lbcooked, chopped ham

1 bagfrozen chopped broccoli

1/2 stickbutter, softened

1 smonion, diced
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 cancream of broccoli soup

1 bag(12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make ham and broccoli-rice casserole

1Cook rice according to package directions and boil or steam broccoli just until softened.

2Saute onion in 2 Tbsp. of butter.

3Mix together, rice, chicken, onions, broccoli, soups, remaining butter and 2 cups of the cheddar cheese.

4Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top of casserole.

5Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
