Ingredients For ground beef & eggs casserole

500 gground beef, (1 lb)

1small onion, diced

3 clovegarlic, minced

8eggs

1 1/2 cheavy cream
-
1 tspmustard powder
-
225 gcheddar cheese, shredded, (8 oz / 1 1/2 cups)

salt and pepper as desired
How To Make ground beef & eggs casserole

1Preheat your oven to 180° C (350° F), get out a 7x11 baking pan.

2Heat a non stick skillet, when hot, add the beef, onion, and garlic. Cook, breaking up the beef with your spatula, until no pink remains, seasoning with salt and black pepper as desired. Drain any fat.

3While the beef is cooking, add the eggs, cream, mustard powder, salt and pepper as desired, whisk together.

4Add cooked and drained beef to the 7x11 baking pan, spread out evenly.

5Top the beef with the cheese evenly.

6Pour whisked eggs over the beef and cheese.

7Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the eggs are set in the center and golden brown. When eggs are set, remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes.

8Cut into squares, serve with sides of your choice, enjoy.
