16 ozbow-tie pasta, uncooked

2 cshredded Parmesan cheese, divided

1 tspgarlic pepper

3 Tbspolive oil

1 1/2 lbfresh beef stew meat

1 lgvidalia sweet onion, peeled and diced

1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper

1 tspgarlic powder

1 bottlegarlic Parmesan sauce, divided

1 Tbspgarlic butter
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1 chalf and half
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened
How To Make garlic parmesan beef tips with bow-tie pasta

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions.

3Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Add 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and garlic pepper; mix well.

4Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat, saute and sear for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.

5Reduce the heat, stir in sliced vidalia onion, sea salt/black pepper, garlic powder and 1/2 bottle of the garlic Parmesan sauce. Set aside.

6Heat garlic butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream, half and half, cream cheese and remaining garlic Parmesan sauce; stir well and let it simmer for 6 minutes until smooth and creamy.

7Add cooked bow tie pasta and beef tips mixture into a prepared baking dish; mix well until combined. Pour the sauce evenly and sprinkle remaining shredded Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.

8Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
