1/4 cflour

6eggs, hard boiled

1/3 ccornflake crumbs

3 ozsliced mushrooms, canned

1 ccooked ham, cubed

1/4 cgreen pepper, chopped
How To Make escalloped ham and eggs, mom's

1Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and cook stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Layer egg, mushrooms, ham and pepper in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour sauce over all. Melt remaining butter. Add crumbs and stir until evenly coated with butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
