Ingredients For easy pierogi casserole

    lasagna noodles, cooked, without salt
  • 4 c
    hot mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 c
    chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • 6
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pkg
    (3 ounce) real bacon bits, divided
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese, divided

How To Make easy pierogi casserole

  • 1
    Combine potatoes, cream cheese spread, onions, 1/2 cup bacon and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

    Place 3 noodles in a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish, cover with 1/3 of the potato mixture. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining bacon and cheddar cheese; cover.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.

    Need 6 potatoes to get 4 cups mashed potatoes.
