This is a good way to use leftover cooked chicken. It is easy to make and very satisfying to eat.

Ingredients For easy chicken pie

  • 3 c
    cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1- 10 oz pkg
    frozen mixed vegetables, of your choice
  • 1 regular can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margerine, melted

How To Make easy chicken pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a shallow 2 quart baking dish.

    Distrbute chicken and vegetables in dish.
  • 3
    Stir together the chicken broth, soup, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
  • 4
    Combine flour, milk and butter and stir until smooth.
  • 5
    Pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake 40-50 minutes or until lightly browned.
