Mom both prepared dinner parties at home, as well as went to many dinner parties at other homes. I remember they all enjoyed doing progressive dinner parties, as well as parties where everyone brought something (more like a dressed up potluck). This was one she noted that she made to take to a party at the Parker's house, along with her frozen fruit salad.

Ingredients For dried beef casserole, mom's

  • 2 pkg
    dried beef (i use buddig)
  • 4
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can
    (the soup cans) milk
  • 1
    onion, diced
  • 1 pkg
    creamettes noodles

How To Make dried beef casserole, mom's

  • 1
    Mix all but eggs in large bowl. Leave stored in refrigerator overnight. Next day, add chopped eggs. Put into 9x13 and bake 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
