2zenner brand chicken sausage brats

½ csliced mushrooms

¼ csweet onions, chopped

2 Tbspreal butter or ghee

¼ chalf and half
-
2½ tspdijon mustard

¼ tspgarlic powder

2 Tbspparmesan cheese

1tomato, chopped
-
1 mdsweet potato,washed & punctured with fork

1avocado, sliced or cubed
-
2eggs-any way you like them

How To Make double dogs for two

1Cook sweet potato to slightly soften it. Cut into thick slices and lay in a greased 1½ qt. baking dish.

2Cut sausages in half lengthwise; brown in skillet. Lay vertically over the potatoes.

3Saute' the onions in butter in a medium saucepan. Add the mushrooms and garlic powder. Stir in half & half and mustard; bring to a boil. Cook and stir until slightly thickened. Pour over sausages, sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.

4Bake, uncovered at 450°F. for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

5Garnish with the tomatoes and avocado and eggs any way you like them. Goldenrod eggs would be beautiful!
