Ingredients For do ahead chicken casserole

8 slicebread, cubed

2 ccooked chicken, diced

1/2 conion, chopped

2 Tbspfresh parsley, snipped

1 smmushrooms, canned

1/2 cmayonnaise

3 mdeggs
-
2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
dashpepper
-
1 cancream of chicken soup

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make do ahead chicken casserole

1Cut bread in 1 inch cubes, place, half of them in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish,
combine chicken, onion, parsley, mushrooms, mayonnaise and seasonings spoon over bread, top with remaining bread cubes.
Beat eggs slightly and blend in milk, pour over and cover casserole, refrigerate over night.
Just before baking top with undiluted soup. -
2Bake at 325 about 1 hour until set,
sprinkle with cheese and Finish baking until cheese is melted, let stand about 10 minutes then serve - Last Step: Don't forget to share!
