This is a long time family favorite that my husband, a very picky eater, learned to love and asked to make often. The original recipe asked for a lot more of the seasoned salt (3/4 tablespoons), but I have learned less is better. It is fast, easy and delicious.

2 csmall shell pasta

1 lbground beef

3/4 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 tspseasoned salt

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 lgcan diced tomatoes

3/4 cdiced green pepper

1 canfrench fried onions
How To Make crunchy beef casserole

1Brown the ground beef. Prepare pasta as package directions specify, omitting salt.

2In large bowl, add cooked pasta, browned ground beef, cheese, soup, green pepper, tomatoes and seasoned salt. Mix together.

3Place mixture in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered.

4Uncover and sprinkle French fried onions over the top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
