4 ozgoat or ricotta cheese

1/4 cgrated parmaesan cheese

1 candiced tomatoes (14.5 oz)

4 cfresh baby spinach
How To Make creamy tomato pasta

1Bring stock and water to a boil for pasta.

2Break pasta in half and place in stock. Cook 12-15 minutes stirring occasionally, or until most of the liquid is absorbed.

3Stir in cheeses until blended. Add tomatoes and spinach, stir until spinach wilts.

4I wilted some of the spinach before I put it in with the pasta.
