Ingredients For creamy chicken casserole

5 lgchicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 stickbutter or margarine

3 Tbspself-rising flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspparsley flakes

1/4 tsppaprika

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

1 1/4 cmilk

3/4 cwater

2/3 cparmesan cheese
How To Make creamy chicken casserole

1Place chicken pieces in a greased 9 x 13" pan.

2Cook butter, flour, spices, and milk until thickened, over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add water and cheese. Mix well. Pour over chicken.

3Mix 1 sleeve Ritz crackers and 3/4 stick butter, melted, together. Sprinkle over chicken.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
