8eggs, hard boiled

1/4 cbutter, melted

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/4 tspmustard

1 tspchopped parsley

1 tspchopped chives

1/3 ccooked ham, finely chopped

1 pkgshredded american cheese
- SAUCE:

3 Tbspbutter

3 Tbspflour
-
1 cchicken broth
-
3/4 cmilk
-
dashsalt and pepper
How To Make company casserole 2, mom's

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove and mash yolks. Mix with butter, worcestershire, mustard, parsley, chives and ham. Fill whites with this. Arrange in greased flat 2 quart baking dish. Melt butter in pan, add broth, mix and add seasonings. Cook until smooth and thick, pour over eggs halves. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
