Ingredients For chili casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onions chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 c
    tomato juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 c
    fritos corn chips
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make chili casserole

  • 1
    Cook the ground beef with the onions and garlic until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chili powder, tomato juice and tomato paste. Simmer 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish and layer half the Fritos, then half the burger mixture then half the cheese. Repeat layering with the remaining ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and chees is melted.
