Quick, Easy, Delicious! This is real comfort food and a tried-and-tested crowd-pleaser that screams to be made again and again. Everyone at the table wanted the recipe, so I tracked down the lady that made it and she graciously gave us her recipe. ENJOY!

Ingredients For chicken stuffing dish

  • 3-4 lb
    chicken (pressure or slow cooked)
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 box
    cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 box
    stove top stuffing for chicken
  • OPTIONAL: FROZEN PEAS, OR SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS

How To Make chicken stuffing dish

  • 1
    Warm the soups and the cooked chicken. Mix soups and cream cheese and mix into the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a baking dish.

    Mix the stuffing mix with a little broth (NOT what is called for in the recipe). Just enough to moisten a little.

    Bake 30 minutes or more until hot and bubbly and the stuffing is browned slightly.
