Ingredients For chicken rice casserole

  • 1 box
    chicken flavor rice a roni
  • 1 can
    (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 3-4 c
    chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 can
    (6 ounces) french fried onion rings

How To Make chicken rice casserole

  • 1
    Prepare rice a roni according to package directions. Add soup, sour cream and chicken. Stir to combine.

    Spread rice mixture Into lightly greased 7 X 11 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 minutes. Top with french fried onions. Bake another 5-10 minutes. Let stand 5 -10 minutes. .
