Ingredients For chicken potato casserole

1 bagfrozen hash brown potatoes (32 oz)

12 ozfrozen broccoli florets

3 thinchicken breasts, cooked and diced

12-16 ozbacon, fried and diced

2 cshredded cheddar cheese, divided

2 cancream of chicken soup
-
1/2 cmilk
-
salt and pepper, to taste

garlic powder, to taste, optional

onion powder, to taste, optional
How To Make chicken potato casserole

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Empty the hash browns into a large mixing bowl. Add broccoli, chicken, bacon and 1 cup of the cheese.

2Add the cream of chicken soup and milk into the bowl. Mix until ingredients are combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper as well as garlic and onion powders, if using.

3Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Add mixture to the pan and top with remaining cup of cheese.

4Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
