I love a one-dish meal and this one is perfect! You can even prepare it for the oven in one pot on the stove top.

Ingredients For chicken noodle casserole

  • 10-12 oz
    egg noodles
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 2 c
    frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 c
    cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make chicken noodle casserole

    Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. While noodles are cooking, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, peas and carrots, cooked chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Stir this mixture and the noodles together. Pour into the sprayed baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
