Ingredients For chicken cheese enchilada bake

  • 3
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 10 count pkg
    large tortillas, can be corn,flour or wheat
  • 2 can
    green chiles, mild and chopped
  • 3 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 6 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 md
    onion sliced small

How To Make chicken cheese enchilada bake

  • 1
    Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and stir fry until done
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) together.
  • 3
    Take and fill each tortilla with the mixture and roll it up. Do that with all 10 tortillas. Save some of the mixture to put on top of the rolled tortillas
  • 4
    Put the tortillas in a 9 by 13 baking dish and add the rest of the mixture on the top.

    Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
