Ingredients For chicken cheese enchilada bake

3chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

10 count pkglarge tortillas, can be corn,flour or wheat

2 cangreen chiles, mild and chopped
-
3 cancream of chicken soup
-
6 cmexican blend shredded cheese
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 mdonion sliced small
How To Make chicken cheese enchilada bake

1Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and stir fry until done

2Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) together.

3Take and fill each tortilla with the mixture and roll it up. Do that with all 10 tortillas. Save some of the mixture to put on top of the rolled tortillas

4Put the tortillas in a 9 by 13 baking dish and add the rest of the mixture on the top.

5Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
