Ingredients For chicken and buscuit pie

  • 4 c
    cut up cooked chicken
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 pkg
    mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 pkg
    refrigerated biscuits

How To Make chicken and buscuit pie

  • 1
    cut up chicken. i used all white meat. add cream of chicken soup. stir in onion powder and garlic powder.

    add mixed vegetables. microwave until very hot and make sure all vegetables are cooked.

    line bottom of pan with rolled out biscuits. cook at 400 degrees until done. add hot chicken and veggie mixture to pan with the cooked biscuits. cut the remainder of the 3 biscuits(about) into 4 pieces each and put on top of mixture, add a bit of butter and cook at 400 degrees until petite biscuits are done.
