I love this casserole, I use Bell's Poultry seasoning, but any will do. You could also use a rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients For chicken and broccoli casserole

1 3/4 lbcooked chicken breast, shredded

16 ozbroccoli florets, thawed

3 cbrown rice, cooked

3/4 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

3 cchicken broth
-
1/41 cflour
-
1 tsppoultry seasoning
-
1/4 cwine, chardonay or any dry white

1/2 cromano cheese, grated

1 tspgravy master
How To Make chicken and broccoli casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray

2in medium saucepan. Whisk flour into broth, add poultry seasoning, Gravy Master and wine. Heat to boiling, then simmer until thickened. Enough to stick to back of spoon.

3Spread rice in bottom of baking dish, arrange chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over everything. Pour gravy over all, stir slightly, leaving rice intact

4Sprinkle with Romano cheese over top, cover tightly with foil. Bake 45 minutes, then remove foil and cook another 10 minutes. Let set 5 minutes and serve
