  • 1 c
    cubed processed American cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    jalapeno relish, divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    avocado oil
  • 1
    large Vidalia sweet onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    dark brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    steak seasoning, divided
  • 2 lb
    angel hair pasta
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 4 Tbsp
    honey mustard, divided
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 tsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make cheeseburger angel hair pasta casserole

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add cubed American cheese and 2 tablespoons jalapeño relish; mix well.

    Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced Vidalia onion and saute for 5 minutes; season with brown sugar and 1 tablespoon steak seasoning. Remove from heat. Transfer to a large plate and set aside.

    Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions; drain.

    In a same skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat or until no longer pink, breaking it up into crumbles with a spoon. Remove from heat. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.

    Stir in 2 tablespoons honey mustard and 1 tablespoon steak seasoning and set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, half and half, cream cheese, remaining honey mustard, steak seasoning and jalapeño relish; whisk well for 3 minutes until blended.

    Add cooked angel hair pasta, ground beef mixture and sautéed onions and stir until combined.

    Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cool completely for 10 minutes.
