Ingredients For cabbage roll casserole

1 lblean ground beef

1 cchopped onion
-
1-16 oz pkgcoleslaw mix

1-14oz cansauerkraut, canned, drained

3/4 crice, instant and uncooked

1-29oz cantomato sauce
-
1-14.5oz canbeef broth
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
2 Tbspmrs.dash garlic & herb seasoning
How To Make cabbage roll casserole

1In a Large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink; drain. Remove from heat.

2Stir in coleslaw mix,seasoning,sauerkraut and rice; salt to taste. Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking dish. In medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef and rice mix.

3Bake, covered,in a preheated oven to 350* for 1 hour.Remove cover and continue baking 30 mins more or until rice is tender.
