I created a big finale ( the twentieth recipe) with tiger sauce. Buffalo casserole and tiger sauce are combined. Filled with chicken strips and nuggets, blue cheese, ziti pasta, and banana peppers, this is gonna be a great dinner!

Ingredients For buffalo tiger casserole

    frozen (all-white meat) chicken nuggets
  • 2 c
    crumbled blue cheese, divided
  • 6 Tbsp
    tiger sauce, divided
  • 16 oz
    dry ziti pasta
  • 1 Tbsp
    avocado oil
  • 1 md
    red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2
    banana peppers, diced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 10
    frozen (all-white meat) chicken strips
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    creamy wing sauce
  • 8 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make buffalo tiger casserole

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add the chicken nuggets and 1 c crumbled blue cheese; mix well. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp tiger sauce.

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add 1 Tbsp tiger sauce. Cook ziti pasta in the boiling water with the tiger sauce, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes; drain.

    Heat the avocado oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add sliced red onion, chopped red bell pepper, and diced banana peppers. Saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Season with garlic powder and 1 Tbsp tiger sauce.

    Remove from heat. Transfer to a large plate. Set aside.

    Heat margarine in a same skillet over medium heat. Add schicken strips and saute for 6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan, slice, and return to the pan. Stir in 2 Tbsp tiger sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, half and half, cream cheese, wing sauce and remaining tiger sauce; whisk together until blended.

    Add cooked ziti pasta, sauteed vegetable mixture and sliced chicken strips; mix well until combined. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish.

    Sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and remaining blue cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the cheeses are bubbly.
