2 canjumbo biscuits, divded

8cooked bacon strips, crumbled

1 ccubed processed American cheese

1 Tbspolive oil

3sweet Italian sausages, casings removed and cut into pieces

1 cdiced ham
-
1 Tbspcreole seasoning

1 bagfrozen potatoes 'o brien, thawed
-
8 ozshredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

7large eggs
-
1 chalf and half
-
8 ozcream cheese, cut into cubes
-
1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspground cloves
How To Make biscuit breakfast pie

1Coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Arrange evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and cubed American cheese.

2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage pieces and diced ham and cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Stir in creole seasoning.

3Top the biscuit pieces with potatoes o' brien, sausage-ham mixture and 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Set aside.

4In a large bowl, whisk eggs, half and half, cubed cream cheese, sea salt/black pepper, onion and garlic powder and ground cloves together until well blended.

5Pour into breakfast mixture in baking dish. Cover; refrigerate at 6 hours.

6Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

7Place 8 biscuits on a large cutting board. Roll them with a rolling pin until flattened. Layer on top of breakfast mixture.

8Brush the top with melted margarine. Sprinkle with remaining shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

9Bake for 25 minutes or until are deep golden brown. Let stand for 15 minutes.
