Had some leftover beef so I made this tonight.

Ingredients For beef stroganoff casserole

6 csalted boiling water
-
2 cshell macaroni (or whatever kind you prefer)

1 lbbeef (cubed)
-
1/2 cflour
-
dashsalt and pepper
-
1 smonion ( diced)
-
3 clovegarlic (diced)
-
2 cmushrooms (sliced)
-
1 cbeef broth
-
2 cancream of mushroom soup( 10 1/4 oz)
-
1 canwater
-
1 csour cream, fat-free
-
1/2 cpeas
How To Make beef stroganoff casserole

1Add macaroni to the boiling water, bring back to boil turn off and let stand.

2Add beef to the flour , salt and pepper and coat well, shake excess flour off. In large pan with some oil let beef brown.

3Remove from pan, add onion and garlic sauté on low for about 5 minutes then add mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes. Add beef.

4Add beef broth and mushroom soup to pan and bring to boil, turn down and simmer for about a15 minutes. Add sour cream and peas.

5Drain Macaroni, Put in large casserole pour beef mixture over stirring well, put in 350 oven for about 20 minutes,
