Ingredients For beef noodle casserole

12 ozegg noodles, cooked

2 tspolive oil

1-1/4 lbground beef

1onion, finely chopped

2 tspminced garlic

salt and pepper to taste

1 can(16 ounces) tomato sauce

1 can(15 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained

2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1-2 cshredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese
How To Make beef noodle casserole

1Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.

2Add the tomato sauce, tomatoes and Italian seasoning to the beef and stir. Add noodles to the beef; toss to combine.

3Pour the beef-noodle mixture into a 9 X 13 inch greased baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.

4Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
