beef nacho casserole
This is tasty and filling. It's nice to have a colorful salad on top the casserole. It dresses it nicely and adds so much to the flavor. I've been making this recipe for about 40 years ... a family favorite!

1 lbground beef

12 ozchunky salsa (i use mild pace)

3/4 cmiracle whip

1 ccorn
-
1 Tbspchili powder

2 ccrushed tortilla chips, divided

2 ccolby jack cheese, divided
How To Make beef nacho casserole

1Preheat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef, drain

2Add salsa, miracle whip, chili powder, and corn
-
3Spray Pam in 2qt casserole dish.

4Layer casserole with 1/2 meat mixture, chips, and cheese twice.

5Cook 20 minutes.

6Chop lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and top casserole. Add sliced black olives.
