1 lbrotini pasta

8 slicebacon chopped

1 Tbspolive oil

1 lgonion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

1 1/2 lbground beef

1 cantomato soup
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cheavy cream
-
1/2 csour cream
-
salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsppaprika

1/4 cfresh parsley chopped
How To Make beef & bacon pasta casserole

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2Cook the bacon in large skillet until crispy. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. Add oil to bacon grease. Add the onions and cook until softened. About 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 more minute. Add the ground beef and cook until beef is done. Season to taste with salt and pepper

3Stir in tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream and sour cream. Add the pasta and bacon. Transfer to a sprayed casserole dish. Top with paprika and parsley. Bake 30 minutes
