baked ravioli and cheese - decadent
This dish is very easy and so delicious. It tastes like the most decadent mac and cheese you have ever had. The top should be brown and a little crusty from the cheeses. You can add variations such as basil or mustard or spinach in the sauce or the layers. Change it up with some ground chicken for more protein. These are ingredients you might have already and it really isn't fussy. No need to cook the ravioli if you use the frozen variety. ENJOY!

1 chalf and half (or milk)

1SPRAY A CASSEROLE PAN (8X10) DEEPER ONES ALLOW FOR MORE LAYERS

2MIX COTTAGE CHEESE, MILK AND EGG, POUR A THIN LAYER INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN.

3ADD 1 CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE AND 1/2 CUP OF THE PARMESAN CHEESE TO THE MILK MIXTURE

4PLACE ONE LAYER OF THE THAWED RAVIOLI, POUR A LAYER OF MILK/CHEESE MIXTURE, REPEAT LAYERS.

5ADD A FINAL LAYER OF THE REMAINING CHEDDAR AND PARMESAN CHEESES ON THE TOP.

6BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES UNTIL BROWN ON THE TOP. (DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN)
