Ingredients For hashbrown casserole

  • 2 lb
    frozen hash browns
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 1 c
    corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter

How To Make hashbrown casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Mix frozen hash browns, cream of chicken, sour cream, chopped onion, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Pour in casserole dish.

    Combine crushed corn flakes and melted butter, spread over top of casserole mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
