Ingredients For baked macaroni and cheese

  • 1 box
    plain macaroni noodles
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2/3 clove
    bread crumbs

How To Make baked macaroni and cheese

    *Preheat oven to 350 degrees *Boil macaroni in salted water until almost soft, drain well * Grease large shallow casserole dish *In a bowl mix together mozzarella cheese, flour, pepper, melted butter *Place a layer of macaroni on the bottom, sprinkle with cheese, butter and flour seasonings *Continue to layer until all ingredients are used evently in layers *Pour milk evenly over top *Top with buttered bread crumbs **Bake for 40 mins
