When my daughter was very young, we joined a group called MOPS (Mothers of pre-schoolers) so she could socialize with other children, and I had some mommy time with other moms of preschoolers. We usually had food at the meetings. This was served at the first one we went to in May 99 (my daughter was born in Jan 99). This was incredibly good!

Ingredients For baked chicken "salad" casserole

2 cdiced cooked chicken

3/4 cmayo

1 cdiced celery

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 cancream of chicken soup

1/2 cdiced onion

1/2 csliced almonds

3hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

1 cgrated cheese

1 ccrushed potato chips
How To Make baked chicken "salad" casserole

1Combine all but cheese and chips. Blend and place in oblong baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake 30 min at 400 degrees. Let stand 15 min before serving.
